Meetup Details
Trent Park and Hadley Wood are found at the top end of the Picadilly Line, and both offer some fantastic woodland trail running.
The route will follow two loops on a specially designed course, created through many hours of training in the area.
There is no need to worry about trains for this one; jump on the tube and head North.

Refreshments
The Cock Inn is located close to the end of the Hadley Wood loop of this run and only 5 minutes from the station. We'll finish the run here and enjoy some cold drinks in the large beer garden.
